One of the most famous styles of Kung Fu is the legendary five animal style. Each animal represents different skills and characteristics developing various parts of the body and spirit.

DRAGON
Is the spiritual king of the animals, it cultivates wisdom and inner strength. It teaches you how to flow seemlessly from one movement to the next.
SNAKE
With it’s intelligent and deceptive nature, the Snake flows through all other styles to keep your movement unpredictable. It allows you to change directions instantly while developing chi, accuracy, and timing.
TIGER
Represent fierce, direct action. It builds strength and courage while fortifying the bones and muscles, providing the “hard” or external power of the style.
CRANE
Teaches grace, balance, and precision. It provides the “soft” or internal balance, focusing on vitality, endurance, and precise counter-attacks.
